At Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, we focused on renovation and remodeling to enhance the space for teachers, students, and faculty. We redesigned offices, renovated the elevators to include updated safety features, and restored the roofing. 

Our ground-up build at SunBeam Development in South Florida. We completed everything from interior build-outs like flooring, walls, ceilings, and installing specialized equipment and storage systems to exterior finishing like painting and landscaping. 

We focused on indoor and outdoor renovations at the Marriott Hotel in Boca Raton, Florida. We redesigned the banquet room with floor-to-ceiling windows and new flooring. Florida Building and Remodeling remodeling the outdoor pavilion for guests to enjoy more amenities. 

Kobosko's Crossing in South Florida is a premier shopping plaza. Our commercial construction project included building the plaza from the ground up including interior storage, unique builds for each tenant, and a wide parking lot to ensure efficiency. 

At the Trump Plaza in West Palm Beach, Florida, Florida Building and Remodeling started by restoring the 33-story elevator. We replaced the chiller lines, installed up-to-date AC systems, replaced the roofing, and installed sliding glass doors.
